Refund Policy

I cannot provide any refunds or chargeback since all my products within this Gumroad are "Digital" products. Upon purchasing you accept my Terms of Service and this policy thus refunds will not be applicable. All sales are final and if you have any issues with the content, please contact me first and I will do my best to provide help and support.

Licensing and Terms of Service:

If you happen to break these Terms of Service, possible legal actions will be taken against you. Please be responsible and follow these Terms of Service.

Upon purchasing this product(avatar, 3D model,etc), you are confirming that you are over the legal age of 18, should the model contain items marked as NSFW.
I am not responsible for any misuse of this product(avatar, 3D model,etc).
All products are only for personal use. But you are allowed to edit and customize for your own personal use. (The exception is if you have bought the Commercial License, otherwise the model is not for commercial use, unless I give explicit permission)
Do not claim all my products(avatar, 3D model,etc) as your own work even if you have edited or customized them.
Please credit me whenever possible if you are using, showing, or mentioning the product(avatar, 3D model, etc) you used/bought on social media.
I will not provide refunds as the Refund Policy mentioned.
Do not upload as public, clone, resell, share or redistribute the models or parts.

VR Chat & similar platforms Specific:

Due to the nature of some of my products, under any license you may not do the following;

You may not upload the avatar containing any of my assets as 'Public', even for small groups of friends.
Doing so will Null your license in accordance to the Do not Redistribute terms.
I am aware of r1pper st0res and have made attempts to remove my products, if you see my products on any pirate store, notify me and spread word to report products on those sites, should channels be available.

Commercial License Holders;

As is plainly stated on each page, either in the files via a txt file, or on the bio of the product, you are entitled to the following;

Use of the product is to be used by YOU and no larger than a small (less than 3) collab group.
To be eligible for a group's use on a project, you must still have creative direction or majority input in some shape way or form.

Should you exceed that small of a group, I will require the content having been made with the model be taken down, or additional commercial licenses be purchased per extra person exceeding 3 of a party.
The product can be used as part of products meant for profit, but the assets received and or built from this model as a base, cannot be redistributed.

Personal License Holders;

The same aspects for a Personal License Holder stands the same rights as Commercial license holders, but with key differences;

As a PLH, you cannot use any products bought under this license for profit and either must be provided as a freebie to the larger public, or kept to a private group.
IF you are a patreon creator and have bought the model and used it to demo something, so long as it is not locked behind a post, you are fine to post the render, video, etc, to your discord, telegram group, or social media.
To reiterate, even though you cannot profit from this License, you are still held to the same policy terms of You are not allowed to redistribute the files to any other party.

And if used with a collab, you and other members cannot use that to profit any money, you may however use renders produced with this as part of a non-monetary trade, ie art-trade, product-trade. So long as no money is involved, you are clear to use this tier in such a manner.

Once more for Jimothy in the back;

Do not upload as public, clone, resell, share or redistribute the models or parts(Assets contained within the downloaded materials or folder structure within a bought product).

Should any of these terms be violated, I am at full liberty to order a takedown of any materials in which a product I have made was featured. I will first make attempts to contact you first, but if no clear contact route is available, a takedown will not be hesitated.
